My problem statements are set of actionable summary of my user pain-points and the problem they would like to solve in the design.

I conduct the user research to incorporates the needs, goals, and observed behavior patterns of your target audience.
Wireframing & Prototyping
My process always involves digital prototyping which allow me to build realistic, clickable proof of concepts that allow my users and stakeholders to get a feel for what I am building.
A/B Testing
I believe in A/B testing, a technique of showing two or more variants of a design to my users at random to find out which one performs better.
